A reasonable amount of passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage, which in the opinion of the Chauffeur amounts to be excessive, will not be carried. The Chauffeur accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the vehicle howsoever-such loss or damage is caused.

Your baggage is carried by our Chauffeurs at your own risk please check that your luggage is loaded into the vehicle before departing.

The Chauffeur will, unless specifically otherwise instructed by the Client will travel by the route which in his opinion is the best and most convenient whether it is the shortest or not.

The Chauffeur will make every effort to ensure that you arrive safely and on time at your destinations. The S Class Chauffeur shall not be held responsible / liable for any delays that occur beyond it's control.

The Chauffeur has the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or whose behaviour poses a threat to himself, vehicle or any other passenger.

The Chauffeur maintains a strict non-smoking policy

Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client maybe charged accordingly.

The company reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless cancellation has been received twelve hours prior to the dispatch of the car with the exception of late bookings.

All vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British law.

All Chauffeurs are Police vetted and hold a Local Authority Private Hire Licence (PCO).

All cars are inspected twice a year by the relevant Authorities.
